“再生”当代艺术展
展览背景
信息时代，人们每天的生活被来自各种渠道的大量资讯所渗透，获得知识的方式也更加多元化，通过互联网可以参与到各种信息无限制的修改、覆盖中。正如中国人所相信的语言文字具有比事实更加真实的力量一样，艺术家用各种手段来使得他们的作品和现实世界保持一种超日常的关系。在他们的创作中各种文化资源和生存经验不断被转化和使用。这个展览所邀请的十六位艺术家在此通过他们独立的观察和创作来探讨当今人工化、城市化背景下的生活事实和新境遇。

Regenesis：An Exhibition of Contemporary Art
In Information Age, huge amount of information penetrates our daily life through all kinds of channels; hence the ways we obtain knowledge by become more various. As an obvious example, we are taking part in the unlimited revising and covering of information through Internet. Just like language owns more actual power than truth itself, as Chinese believe, the artists have their works keep an uncommon relationship with real world through their unique expression. In their works, different culture resources and survival experiences keep being transferred and used. The 16 artists invited by this exhibition, that work at different cities, are probing into the actual life and new condition under current background of urbanization and artificialization, through their independent observation and creation.
